The appointment is strategically timed with K2 Infragen’s transition into larger, higher-barrier infrastructure mandates. Over the past month, the company has fundamentally scaled its project pipeline, highlighted by securing a ₹390.91 Crore Telangana Road project (under the Hybrid Annuity Mode) and a ₹158.58 Crore railway electrification order from the Konkan Railway Corporation Limited. These consecutive wins have significantly strengthened the company’s unexecuted order book, which stood at ₹518 crore as of May 2026 and is now estimated to be nearing approx. ₹1,000 crore. Mr. D K Raju joins K2 Infragen with over 27 years of specialized operational experienceacross infrastructure project execution, planning, quantity surveying, tendering, and technical operations. He has spent the majority of his career handling complex road and highway portfolios at premier listed infrastructure firms including being served as CGM – Projects at HG Infra Engineering Ltd, where he spent nearly eight years playing an instrumental role. Before joining K2 Infragen, he served as Senior Vice President at Allone Infra Private Limited, following successful leadership stints at Techno Unique Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
In his new role, Mr. D K Raju will take absolute operational ownership of K2 Infragen’s landmark Telangana HAM Road project—overseeing planning, stakeholder coordination, supply-chain insulation, and execution timelines.
