Emerging victorious was Lakshita Thilagaraj from Tamil Nadu, who was officially crowned Miss Grand India 2026 after delivering an outstanding performance throughout the competition. The official winners of Miss Grand India 2026 are: Miss Grand India 2026, Lakshita Thilagaraj (Tamil Nadu); 1st Runner-Up, Mrigashree Baruah (Assam); 2nd Runner-Up, Tanvi Marak (Meghalaya); 3rd Runner-Up, Saanjh Khurana (Uttar Pradesh); 4th Runner-Up, Reshmi Deokota (West Bengal); and 5th Runner-Up, Sneha Tamang (Sikkim).
