Founded in July 2025 by Sagar Kinare, the retreat platform is the first of its kind in India, offering equipment-focused aerial retreats in Rishikesh and other scenic locations.
Sagar, who also founded Pancha Koshas Aerial Arts School, has spent years shaping the aerial arts landscape in India. With roots in yoga, movement, and performance, his work has consistently focused on building systems, not just stages, for artists to grow. While aerial silks, hoops, and hammocks were gaining popularity, there was no dedicated space for practitioners to go deeper. That’s where the idea for Udaan took flight.
